Pretty inspiring. I am sad that I am as old as I am and I don’t think I have ever had artistically buttered toast.

Me neither. But who knows, maybe “artistically” is here intended as a euphemism for “liberally”… IE with a palette knife as opposed to a brush?

Butter does make everything better.

I disagree with the butter part of your statement. Butter as a verb, I am ok with though.

I was picturing swirls, mountains, rills, valleys.
