Chicken - Seared chicken with brie and raspberry demi-glaze.
Fish -Baked halibut with tomato beurre blanc.
Vegetarian - Stuffed Eggplant
Children's - Chicken Fingers

The wedding date is Sunday, October 8, 2006. The ceremony will be at Faith United Church in Springfield, MA.The reception will be at The Log Cabin in Holyoke, MA.
